    70% of german exports are to eurozone

    the exports will vanish with a strong mark

    That is why Germany is between the same rock and the same hard place as China.

    They are both doing well because of their undervalued currencies. China must maintain the USD peg and to do that they must keep up the vendor finance they so publicly whinge about. The PIIGS drag down the euro and Germany thrives. If they DON"T save the euro their mark will rise to correct value and their exports will swan dive.

    Oh what a tangled web!
