Maybe the Germans should look at buying up large tracts of land and commercial property in Syria and other similarly-afflicted countries. Civil war would mean bargain buying. Is it possible?
Then just do a switcheroo.
"Come one, come all.... ", and then when the place is ruined, just move everything to Syria and start afresh.
