    Great post could you please explain some of it to me?

    Post reads;
    But from the previously available data for this site to leave an in situ value of 34.13 Australian dollars (AUD) per NAV per share calculated as a note of the stock currently at 0.25 AUD

    Not sure what this means
    What is NAV? And does this mean a projected value if left in the ground?

    and are we looking at a very large SP 2yrs time?
