Looks like another let down. Clear to me that the Court has made a ruling and we have not yet been told the outcome. To me that likely means the ruling is adverse otherwise why take legal advice before reporting to the market. I will try and find out when the judges made their ruling, whatever it may be, as I do not feel comfortable with the way this has been reported. Any thoughts on the matter.
