Sounds like we are being led up the garden path. I seem to recall this happened in a similar way in the past re the german case.

Surely if a court has made a decision it is a public announcement and the detail could therefore be published. But we were told in yesterdays announcement that the judges had adjourned to deliberate. Now it seems they had already announced their ruling. Those that bought shares on the back of yesterdays announcement wouldnt be too happy if the court has already provided an adverse ruling.

I mean what was the ruling? Ipernica be open and frank. Tell us. You are right 357 not very good.
