I think you are right. If thats the case thats why the German decision impacts on any div payment,that is to take account of Ipernicas share of costs. There has been no meaningful feedback on this case for years and now we appear to have been misled. The announcement yesterday said the judges had adjourned to make a decision but now Ipernica is seeking advice on "the ruling". What ruling?
Even if we are way off track we are still not being properly informed with the vague trading halt out today. Shareholders need to ask questions.
