Thank you for your very plausible interpretation of the situation. It looks like Ipernica has lost and will incur all costs. A bitter blow if that is the case. There has been very little information on this case over a long period of time. The fact that a ruling has been given but we were not told as to what that ruling is, is unbelievable. Something funny going on here.
