Hi Savadamoney,

I was actually very cranky about the settlement with Erickson as much more money was potentially available. I wondered to what extent the decsion in that matter was in IPR's hands - maybe hey had little or no say and the lawyers funding things did as they pleased and went with a quicker payoff.

Hopefully with a stronger cash position IPR will get some balls of steel and play hard ball with these big companies now. In my view settlements should get exponentially larger as the trial decision time approaches ie settle really really early for a reduced payout but any delaying tactics at all mean forget a little settlement. We wait - YOU PAY!
