The same thing is happening in Japan.
Read a article that said while Japanese industry is currently cooperating with government request to alter working hours of factories to help in national power sharing they have put their government on notice that if all the reactors are not turned back on very soon after safety checks OK them, they will look at moving their operations off shore!
