If you don't mind me saying so, your views are looking at how society is structured as it is today?

I however am looking at what life is going to be like once our economic system as we know it today collapses on the basis of unsustainibility both from an economic and ecological perspective.

I am of the belief that unless massive changes are made during the next few years, then the ensuing crisis is going to devastate this planet.

Having said that countries it seems can in fact see the writing on the wall; Germany, Australia to name but two. I believe you will find that world's great western military forces have already planned for this outcome.

Imagine if you will a society that isn't driven by consumerism, economic growth and environmental destruction. It's not something that is easy to picture as coming to reality however once you can do this then you'll at least know that you are on your way past the stage of denial ;)
