well i think that its time for Gernot to put his balls on the line and give us some type of time line and promises of some positive movement other wise if that's not achieved he is to resign , he has had more than enough time and we have to many major stuff up's under his leadership the buck stops with him , and his total disregard for share holders shows that his no leader
