What boring lives you online shoppers have sitting at home or in the office searching the world to save a few dollars, waiting several days for the product to arrive. Using it for a few months then it breaks down and you can't get it fixed under warranty and find you cant get it fixed.
I Have a client who bought an Iomega raid unit for her mac on line. It was not the correct unit as advertised on iomega's web site. After 20-30 calls to Iomega and the online supplier and 6 months latter she got a refund. Iomega said on their web site the unit was mac time machine compatible. It was a mistake on their part it was not compatible. They accepted responsibility but it cost a lot to get it right.
