    Dear Gerry.

    EMPOWER the staff you have.

    How ab out providing a mechanism for staff to provide ideas and impletment them. This includes input on product lines. Let go of the top/down managment idea.

    How about profit sharing with workers?

    GH migh be too much of a dinosaur and/or control freak to implement such a program.

    If he SINCERELY did he might find that the profits would go through the roof. Might make his role obsolete.
