he needs to get with the times..cycles come and go, and its now heading into the cycle for old Gerry and his retail partners where things wont just land in laps. Like real estate agents in the past year or two, they are now having to work for their money..

IMHO store fronts are like cash to credit/eftpos cards 15 years ago...store fronts will disappear overtime! Online is the way of the future and its a matter of 'try to compete' or 'close down'...

I purchased Nike gear from the US website this morning. Sure I had to stuff around with postage etc, but saved myself 50%+ Frightening when you think about it.

The Australian government also has a huge responsibility and needs to act quickly otherwise its going to be a sad and sorry future for our retail giants.
