I remember quite a few years ago GH was interviewed and when asked would ever drop his margins to compete, he said he never would and didn't have to. He's had it to good for too long, screwing Joe Public.
When you can get things online for up to 50% less, I don't think the 10% GST is going to make much difference, his attitude is most un-Australian!
He's just trying to hurt the average Joe.
IMO he's a nasty piece of goods, squealing like a stuffed pig, he forgets how to compete in a new world.
