Interesting you say that Amdweb,I live in a country town which is dying before my eyes....and you will say....so what?....well,to me it's the price society is paying,small business is pretty much a non event,you would need to be brave to tackle a small business in a country town these days. Life is about more than our daily needs...it's about the social intercourse of day to day living.We can all stay at home and shop online....and soon society would become MORE introverted,and less able to communicate in what we would consider to be a normal manner. In our town we once had a shop for everything....and a trip to town would involve a dozen different conversations....call me old fashioned,I'd take that option every time. It's called Life!!!
