    TEX announced this morning it has appointed Gerry McGowan as a non executive director.

    Mr McGowan was formerly MD of Incremental Petroleum and is a major shareholder in TEX, holding 3.95 million shares which he bought on market.

    Gerry is a petroleum geologist with over 30 years industry experience and a string of oil and gas discoveries to his credit.
