I rethought why lng worded this request thus way .. looking at the request perhaps they are suggesting to Ferc that
The delay may be commercially detrimental to lng and Ferc is at risk .. Feds get sued all the time .. might be implied to get the to move along .. perhaps Coe is holding up last approach because of this ? Don't know but we goy ntp and BH in one week we would see .80 real quick
