is exactly how they roll..they blow cash like it does not matter...15mill is nothing...yes they had a look, went yes, now they are on the fence playing..if it does not go ahead they don't care..move onto the next big thing...its part of their budget...its all down to the risk workers now...they no whats what.no different spending 50mill on a fesability study for a mine..nope carnt do it...new that a year ago but they still keep going with it...just crazymoney goes down the drain in these things..anyway good luck all..its either yes or no..
