The deal is good for Amgen but they want the decks clear, which is exactly what a good
company does. That's how they made all their money. With 19.9% of the company they get
1. a blocking stake
2. seats at the board.

#2 makes me happy. They will make sure Unilife keep a tight ship right up to production

Sorry sbvb, Amgen cannot take a seat at the board because it will create a conflict of interest to all the other pharmas, that's why there taking 19.9% and not 20% because then they can sit at the board
