This is positive. FERC process requires an extensive environmental check and balance. Increased capacity is not automatic. It's applied for, and difficult to obtain. This backs up the claim made at the AGM by Vesey to increase output, as factual. In other words, our management team seems to be giving facts and not bullsh**. These are the path forward signs we need to see. Hints of truth and progress.
