Another little miner I am in is SMI. They are doing a $2,000,000 ...raising which closes on the 11th..sept.. and this morning have already let the Drilling contract and will start by end of month.. What the HELL.!!!!!!!!!!! takes Sipa so long to do anything.. I was told by MIKE there would be a steady flow of reporting after last raising... This BOARD needs to be sent Packing... Do not need 6 Directors.. At least get rid of 3 Directors and bring it into line for the required number under the Law..This company will NOT get any traction in the share price until we have a Board that gets things done.....
