My comments to Panax and Petratherm (I hold both):

Panax don’t comment on Petratherm issues as your information is at very best second hand. It is Petratherm’s responsibility to keep the market informed of their issues of significance, as they arise.

Panax be more professional in your market announcements. Clarifications are supposed to clarify the situation your latest clarification fell well short of the mark. In future please be more direct with your statement wording and don’t pass snide comments on your competitors, as it only reflects as being unprofessional.

Petratherm if you feel Panax has provided the market with misleading information make your own market announcement to clarify the situation.

With the PAX capital raising and PTR well finalisation you have much more important issues at hand. Lets all get back to the business.
