and from my experience in Chian...i would think it is highly unlikley to ever be approved.
ask Dalco about what the Chinese wanted from AFT and AFT would NOT do it.

don't any of you think it was odd how two pieces of news seemed to be perfectly times to get 75m shares away in a placement?
now ask yourselves this.......do you think the 75m shares are still held by the placement people?
i would say NO.
