I went to the footy today. Walked to the station no trains so buses. Collingwood V Freo at the G bus was packed. Anyway gave up my seat to an older fellow probably in his 80's I'm thinking. So we chatted. We talked about many things, house prices, his late wife, cost of living, growing vegetables, football etc I will treasure the conversation. He was meeting friends for lunch, I got off at Jolimont. We said goodbye. We didn't exchange names and I will never see him again. Im so grateful for that half an hour. I don't know why this has got to me just has. Get busy living people.
