Good spot mate, noticed this morning.
If anyone has access to Euroz analysis, there is some very good peer analysis there too, against project values.

The only issue, is that pattersons had a target price of $1.09 about this time last year.
The story has changed a fair bit. Previously shareholders and then the bank lost confidence in mgt, placed pressure which led to the cap raise.
We now have a vastly fresh and expanded shareholder base due to the high take up of shortfall.
