I feel the drop in the share price is more related to the shareholders disappointment in how long it is taking for BET to implement fixed odds betting in NJ.
The number$ will take care of themselves once they get NJ off and running. There will be teething problems but when they are all sorted, other states in the US will follow and revenue will increase which will lead to profits.

Note, the 4C numbers contained a one off payment of $5.2 M to Sportech as well as $6.5M for new hardware in the US.
This $11.7M will not be an annual cost to the business.
