Been watching the Webinar- Bill Pascrell (if you get the chance it is well worth the watch (Load-up). He said there will be a tidal wave once the first bet is placed.
He said we will be taking the first fixed odds bet in the next 30-60 days- once New Jersey opens up you are going to see 5-6 states follow closely after (they will not need to pass legislation). The beauty is a horse bet is not taxed in the State- huge win for the industry.
Later today Bill and Dallas Baker (BET) will be talking to a big group of attorneys, wagering and compliance operators to talk fixed odds.
