I guess we all need to consider that the legislation was the over-arching big picture. Rules & regs are the T’s & I’s that need to be crossed & dotted. They are the frame work that will support the legislation for years to come & can be replicated in other jurisdictions at the appropriate time. Frustrating but understandible I think. This will become the cash cow & along with Sportstech that will supplement further deals & LT growth. Not to mention the $100m already in the bank.
