Nett effect is that he has been given an opportunity to buy at ridiculously oversold prices.

The "winner" could't help himself and got booted off HC, but not before shaking confidence and gaining IMO a sizable position in RFE at a huge discount.

I have personally seen this sort of behavior at least 20-25 times.
This too shall pass......
