looks like the the next leg up in tox's rise to 10c is underway.
the earlier you get in the bigger the percentage gain.

here is my BIG call.....

will run to previous high of high 4c then settle a little then a couple of announcements regarding expansion into eastern states and/or plant upgrades with profit forcast of 3-4 million which will cause a spike to 7-8c.

well........hoping a little but seems possible.....time will tell
