i have no intention of justifying why i am here and i will not promise you or anyone else anything
but please answer two legitmate questions i have put to you
1 where is the money coming from to complete the plant
and
2. what guarantee do you or anyone have that if money does miraculously appear
that it will be used to complete the plant
over the last 10 -15 millions of dollars have past through this companies hands
and still the plant has not been completed
