Shares are tightly held in this company as only approx 70 million and most held by Rob Phillips and Gary Davey, inventor and initial investor. Information is that even when they come out of escrow (next year ?) they will still be tightly held to avoid takeover opportunity. Only 8 million available on float and these quickly snapped up by supporters of the technology. Profit taking doesn't worry me as I'm in for the long term as are alot of my friends who are familiar with the technology and what it has to offer. As always do your own research however this slight decrease on small volume is an opportunity. Not sure of EPS at this stage as deals still being made see recent announcements.
