I'm reasonably sure NDO management didn't pick the 2 week time frame out of the air. As I have stated numerous times in the past, NDO have made a habit of reporting late but I am hopeful of an update today or tomorrow. In any case, should definitely be some news regarding the results of testing before Xmas ... imho.
