So why are they going to leave the current arrangements in place, the voice is another bureaucracy on top of all the other bodies that are failing now.
Aboriginal affairs currently cost the taxpayer $38billion, none of which gets down to the aboriginal people who are in need.
How much will the 'voice' add to the bill, another $10billion? and still no money to fix the problems.
