From what I have read Iceman, the Translucent collaboration with IQE, Emcore, Spectrolab, and Solar Systems, will have a cell with 50% or better when it finally arrives, I am expecting, this news to arrive within the next six months.
I have the feeling that there was some angst between Martin Green, director of the Australian Centre for Advanced Photovoltaics and Silex? there was a collaboration that was supposed to happen with Silex the NSW Uni, and Sun Solar ( I think it was Sun solar from memory) anyway it all fell through for some reason?
