as it regularly takes 7 to 10 days for mail / prospectuses to reach me in rural Qld via snail mail from Perth, i had to rummage through the recycle bin to retrieve the old form. The use of fax and credit card payment as used by ARU is to be commended to ensure meeting timelines. Why isnt the use of email documents for acceptances etc used. legality shouldnt be a problem, they are acceptable for other financial contracts.
