I believe with COE you are still pretty save buying at present share price levels. The the cash and reserves will give you a valuation of about 37 cts already and that is without a value given on the tenements they have especially the Madura tenement would be worth quite a bit keeping in mind the Oyong and Jeruk discovery next door.
