I guess one of the few property trusts to continue to pay a good dividend (relative to current SP), and forecast a dividend, and at a better yield than other trusts?

But I think the market has realized that the journalist call on a SPP probably was BS in light of continued dividend, and any party that had an interest in forcing them into a discounted placement might have been thwarted?

And this move must be in the face of expectations that the gearing ratio will go up on the next announcement as other trusts have recently due property valuation/exchange rate movements?
