    I wonder why they didn't let the sp run, then do a raising at a higher price? Maybe those holding it back are the ones that were taking up the offer? Just a thought. Given the potential size of this, as an insider, dollar signs would be flashing in neon lights and as such, sp appreciation would be carefully 'managed' imo.
