Who would be so stupid to sell this stock at only nine times last year's earnings? There seem to be plenty of fooools out there willing to sell. What "competent" advice could they possibly be relying on?
I guess that's why there are winners and losers. They'll probably be jumping back in at the top of the market when their "competent" advice has changed tunes and finally become convinced that oil stocks should be bought!
Notice someone had the sense to just purchase over $150,000 worth of ARQ.
