PEL 115 is comprised of several parts. It has been renewed once so part of it would have been relinquished then. Based on a Monitor Energy (OGYs previous name and incarnation) I would have thought it to be about 30,000 acres, maybe less. Also contains Fury discovery and another (Aircobra?) discovery. Think plan is to test at some stage but SXY appears to be pretty much running the show and its focus is shale.
