    I belive so, as they covert coal to fuel. Don't know if you watched lateLine Biz 2night. They had a section on the wonderful tech that glx, cxy and co are in. JP Morgans are very bulish about the sector as a whole. Plus with Gov cash pos comming into play.. Its up up and way!!!
