Landlords are stupid because we pay to much for houses and yeilds are not worth the investmant. Landlords are crooks because we rip of the taxpayers though negative gearing and tenants though rent. Landlords consider themselves lucky if they make 20 a year and after claiming "expenses" and "devaluations" Landlords don't contribute to society and the only ones making money in this deal are banks.
