    That's OK, I think plenty of others will.

    Interesting comments about China and commodities.

    I think you lack historical understanding about economies that emerge from an agricultural base and move to a manufacturing base and the internal demand that is generated.

    Australia having the most expensive property in the world is a fine statement but I think you need to ask why this is the case.

    "Why" the situation has arisen is far more pertinent than the situation itself. If you know why then you can ascertain whether it is likely to grow more expensive or not.

    Do you know "why"?
