Welcome back Aurelius. Not sure how I sound but I can assure you that I am in no way "desperate".
Also my thoughts are my own conclusions, I am not a sounding board for anyone else. In fact I think it has been your side of the fence that are more prone to copy/paste the thoughts and words of others.
Let me ask you a personal question. Hypothetically, what will you do if you miss out again? What if I am right and houses move even further out of your reach? What will you do?
