Please support that our real estate is overvalued. Lets have some empirical data rather than parrotting on about what you heard elsewhere.
Additionally the resources boom is over - have you been to the Pilbara? Have you any idea what is going on in WA? Resource stocks are in a bit of bother but learn to separate the commodities that will rise and those that will not. Oil is dropping , overvalued anyway, when that levels out iron ore will keep pumping.
Oh I forgot iron ore shares are down, hell all the ships have stopped loading, THEY ARE SACKING EVERYBODY AS WE SPEAK - YOU GUYS DO TALK A LOT OF NONSENSE!
