Well, if that is the case then the only thing I would point this to is that this stock is TOO TIGHTLY HELD.
Many folk just not interested because in some ways there is not enough to go around in big volumes, and as soon as there is, it will cost a forturne so it will always trade within a range.
This is both good and bad, but it depends on if your an investor or a trader.
Who knows, there are many opinions and views to what exactly this is, but back to your questions which are valid would anybody else care to answer or diagnose???
The other thing is, if Justin is holding anything back, and somebody knows about it, then his reputation will be Fu*&d before it gets started if there is any hanky panky that is not being told to market, but then that is only a IF which I certainly hope it is not~!
