If poo was certain to go back up over $60,yes sure,now would be a good time to buy or top up.
But, people on this forum have been saying it was a good time to buy as far back as 6 mths ago and look what the sp has done in that time.
If the sp continues to rise closer to say $1.40 to $1.50,then that may be a safe time to buy,even though you would miss the initial rise.
I would imagine that sentiment on this stock would have changed about these levels.
