    Sumitomo have another 4 working days to deliver an out of court settlement. After 5th August the High Court Judges will decide who mines and explores the Nickel. It will be either, Sumitomo (no landowner approval) or Axiom KB (landowners and Axiom). To date the High Court has never ruled against traditional owners.
    Place your punt, my money is on the landowners.
